Transpersonal psychology

The literal translation of the word Transpersonal means: (Latin) – through, through, beyond; (Latin) – mask, guise (theatrical), theatrical role, life role. Therefore, transpersonal psychotherapy is the treatment of the soul, which leads to the restoration of a complete personality that hides behind masks and social roles.

Our masks and roles are necessary adaptations in society, but sometimes they begin to “grow” and control us, not allowing us to be ourselves.

It is very difficult to find out the real, true self behind many masks. These masks were formed during life under the influence of parental scenarios, features of birth, upbringing, and various life situations. It can also be an unusual mask that manifests itself in the form of a psychosomatic illness, albeit sometimes unpleasant or burdensome, but at the same time gives something positive.

Transpersonal psychotherapy involves working in altered states of consciousness, when it goes beyond the usual, beyond time and/or space. When working in altered states of consciousness, overcontrol and internal censorship weaken, easy access to the deep memory stored by the unconscious is opened, and it is possible to learn about the causes of existing problems, diseases, and to achieve the necessary changes and internal transformation.

The specificity of such techniques is certainly not very suitable for working in the conditions of the 4 walls of the office, but the desire to experience truly amazing things, to touch what spiritual practitioners call “meeting with infinity” can really lead to the search for real opportunities to do this. And only you decide whether it is worth it or not.
