Jesus grants wishes

Lying on the couch of the institution, I lazily sipped Sex on the Beach, listening to another religious monologue of my friend. I was once again on the verge of autumn and still bad depression, and even her hot eyes with a beautiful fanatical shine did not turn me on anymore. Regretting the fact that some higher or not-so-great power is spoiling my life and preventing me from flying to the stars, I was just about to start the Pina-Colladi, which imperceptibly appeared on the table. When something caught my attention through the veil of words.

– You understand, – she said, practically not touching the food and ignoring her non-alcoholic Mojito, which was standing alone, – Jesus did not become the son of God just like that. After all, he was born a man!

I personally lean towards the idea, well described by Dan Brown, of the existence of some kind of person. He has knowledge about the arrangement of the World much greater than an ordinary dark homo sapiens could even imagine at that time. And the sweet story of the Immaculate Conception, etc. definitely wouldn’t put me in a good mood. True, I would never argue with anyone on this topic, if only because none of us held a candle there.

– Wow! – I thought. From here it is worth listening more carefully.

It turns out that these people to whom my friend refers read the Bible in such a way that Jesus was not born as a deity. He lived in a family, like the rest of the people, but at some point he decided to devote his life to serving God, and to be more specific, then (you’re freaking out now) – the people for whom God arranged all this in principle. By all this, I mean life and evolution, for the sake of improving the personality and the human soul as a whole. But that’s not all. What do you think? And what is all this for? And now I will explain why.

When we want something (for various reasons) but don’t get it, (again, it doesn’t matter what the reasons are), we usually don’t see or devalue what we currently have. We simply wave away our “today” with a natural gesture like an annoying fly. By the word is, I mean some activity, life process and occupation.

I will give an example – straight, like the corner of a house.

A person wants hmm.. to make it easier – money (it can be anything, fame, money, other goods, even certain relationships), and now he is engaged in, for example, editing books, and from here to the desired abundance – an abyss. In general, he likes his work, but it does not lead to its goal at all. And he begins to change jobs (in one of the previous articles I gave options for changes from personal growth training to dancing with tambourines of a naked man in the fields), in the process losing his taste for life and in general at least some satisfaction with what is happening, but still this the goal remains, as before, far away. With age and years, fatigue, disappointment, insults and dull pain accumulate that despite all the efforts of life, God or someone else did not give the desired result.

So there is such a thing, even two, called Humility and Service. Humility means that a person stops resisting what is happening in life, especially when it is already happening, happening right now, and accepts it with the world inside. As it agrees with its gut or Soul Essence or as you prefer. Which, by the way, does not contradict any religion or psychotherapy. And Service means that he sees in what he is doing now, if it brings him any joy other than money, a Higher Meaning for an indefinite period of time. Because if you set yourself a framework, calendar goals and hard limits, this is already called bargaining. And bargaining with God is another occupation, I hope there is no need to explain. And then, living in service to people, a person finds spirituality and receives earthly goods in a trailer (often this is called a miracle and it happens when a person begins to feel needed and satisfied with what he has and at some point – op! and something that has been dreamed of for a long time) , he suddenly “falls from the sky”, but certainly not so pathetically (like a burning bush) that he continues to work in a gray day and create important things for the benefit of others, without being distracted by getting a piece of bread. I don’t want to discuss here the idea that you can wait your whole life like this, etc. It’s all nonsense. Fair. As soon as the assembly point shifts, and a person ceases to consider himself the navel of the earth and is ready to give at least something valuable for himself, for the sake of others without a hint of barter, such questions also fall off like old skin.

But back to Jesus. He is also Even very. This is a person who chose service as a lifelong mission, and not for the sake of his family or students or anyone else, but for the sake of absolutely all people, many of whom are far from the most pleasant representatives of homo sapiens, to put it mildly. He became the last human sacrifice at the hands of the “people” themselves, and showed what it means to take God inside.

Although he was tempted, I think, to spit on everything and do something more pleasant than hanging on the Cross among thieves and murderers, loyal to his loved ones. If I’m not mistaken somewhere in the desert He made this terrible Choice when the devil tempted him but did not succeed.

And then God became his Father.

With him, the era of victims ended. There were no more of them. A completely different story began.

And we now need quite a bit, very little. To do even a little not for yourself, with an open heart and always remember that God’s plans for our life are much more wonderful than our petty selfish dreams in it.

I don’t know if I managed to put my insight into words, but I really tried to explain how dreams actually come true! Amen))
